Quitting My Job for Travel: Wayfaring Wanders

I don’t get it… You love your job, why would you quit?” – Everyone I understand why I’ve been asked this question countless times. I’m one of the lucky ones. I went to college and graduated debt-free. I had an internship that I loved and it rolled into a career that I loved. Make no […]

I debated titling this post: “Auxiliares: Why Patience is a Virtue” but ultimately, it will be a source where I attempt to answer the most frequently asked questions about the program. Why is patience a virtue, you might ask? Well then, you clearly haven’t applied to the program! There is a lot of waiting, waiting, […]

Making Money Teaching ESL Online with VIPKid: Wayfaring Wanders

A lot of people wonder how travelers can make money on the go. There are actually tons of posts, like this one, explaining the best ways to find remote work. Now, personally, I’m not a huge fan of doing personal selling type gigs, but I know a lot of people who have made a decent income […]

My Name is Genevieve

I got my first taste for traveling when I was 13 years old and visited Indonesia with my family. Ever since, the wanderlust in me has been strong! After graduating college and working for a while, I decided to make a change and moved to Spain where I taught English for a year and I continue to teach ESL online. I've since moved back to the U.S. but continue to travel as often as I can. Thank you for visiting my site, where you can find out all about me, my travels, and all sorts of random thoughts!
